Supply Chain Operations Analyst

About the role

The Supply Chain Operations Analyst supports daily supply‑chain execution by analysing data, producing performance reports and ensuring operational follow‑up. The role works closely with distribution, production and sales teams to improve efficiency and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse orders, inventory, service levels and costs; generate regular performance reports.
• Track KPIs, identify gaps, inefficiencies and trends.
• Support local distribution: product allocation, unit reporting follow‑up, issue resolution with sales.
• Assist procurement: follow‑up PO confirmations, support product recalls, review weekly procurement reports.
• Maintain data accuracy in the ERP system and reporting tools; prepare ad‑hoc analyses.
• Build weekly and monthly dashboards (OTIF, inventory aging, delivery performance, freight cost).
• Identify operational gaps such as delays or stock mismatches and provide timely reporting.
• Clean, validate and ensure data integrity across ERP and reporting platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations or supply‑chain analytics.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Working knowledge of Power BI and Qlik is an advantage.
• Detail‑oriented, structured, proactive with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
