About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sports & Events Coordinator to join our fast‑growing grocery delivery team. In this role you will plan, execute and manage a variety of sports‑related activities and events while maintaining direct communication and coordination with athletes.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organize and oversee sports events from concept to completion.
- Coordinate logistics, venues, equipment and staffing for each event.
- Maintain direct communication with athletes, ensuring their needs are met.
- Manage event budgets, timelines and post‑event evaluations.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations and retail to align event objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing or a related field.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in event planning or a sports‑related environment.
- Strong organizational, communication and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting.
