About the role
SmartSource is an outsourcing company that handles call‑center operations for local and international clients. It is seeking a bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to support its US‑based clinic clients. In this role you will act as the first point of contact for patients, set appointments, manage schedules and deliver high‑quality service in both Spanish and English.
Key responsibilities
- Set patient appointments and efficiently manage daily schedules.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing clear and helpful support.
- Handle inbound communications, verify patient information and update scheduling systems.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.
Required profile
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Previous experience in a similar customer service or call‑center environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of the medical field is advantageous.
- Willingness to work afternoon/evening shifts from 3 PM to 12 AM.
