LALA Chicken is expanding its team across Lebanon and is looking for motivated, experienced professionals to fill Sous Chef and Floor Manager positions at its branches in Achrafieh, Kaslik and Broumana. These roles are essential to delivering high‑quality food and service in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• For Sous Chef: assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure consistent food quality and safety standards.
• For Floor Manager: oversee the dining floor, coordinate service staff, and maintain an excellent guest experience.

Required profile

• Passionate about the food and hospitality industry.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant setting.
• Resides near one of the listed locations (Achrafieh, Kaslik, or Broumana).
