Software Engineer (C++)

About the role

Murex is seeking a motivated Software Engineer with a focus on C++ to join its global fintech team. You will work on cutting‑edge trading, risk‑management and processing solutions used by banks, asset managers and corporations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain high‑performance C++ software components.
• Translate functional specifications into robust technical designs.
• Document code throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) ceremonies and follow agile best practices.
• Promote automation, Test‑Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) to improve product quality.
• Continuously learn and enhance both technical and leadership skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 0‑4 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities and teamwork orientation.
• Excellent communication in English; French is a plus.
• Drive for excellence and eagerness to learn.
