Software Client Success Associate

About the role

As a Software Client Success Associate at Upthyme, you will ensure that clients have a smooth experience with our workforce management platform. You will guide them from initial onboarding through training and ongoing support, helping them configure accounts and adopt the software effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Support new customers throughout the onboarding and implementation process.
• Gather basic customer requirements, such as company structure and employee data.
• Configure customer accounts, user roles, and schedules accurately.
• Conduct product walkthroughs and training sessions for diverse user groups.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
• Monitor adoption metrics and proactively follow up with additional support or training.
• Document customer feedback to inform product and implementation improvements.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in customer success, implementation, or a related client‑facing role.
• Strong attention to detail when handling employee data and configurations.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain product features to non‑technical users.
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple onboarding tasks simultaneously.
• Problem‑solving mindset and willingness to investigate issues before escalating.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, French, Greek) are a plus.
