Social Media Scaler (Organic Growth Lead)

About the role

Maids.cc, the GCC's leading home services platform, is seeking a Social Media Scaler to own and accelerate the organic growth of its brand across multiple markets. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will be the single accountable owner of 10‑15 social pages, shaping strategy, content, testing, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end performance of 10‑15 Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn pages for maids.cc and maids.at.
• Build, hire, and manage a team of 3‑4 content creators and social coordinators.
• Develop a structured monthly content calendar tailored to each market (UAE, GCC, Philippines, etc.).
• Design and iterate hooks, formats, and creative concepts to boost organic reach.
• Research platform algorithm updates and apply them to maintain growth.
• Run structured A/B tests on hooks, formats, captions, posting times, and document learnings.
• Localise content strategy by market, including tone, language, and cultural references.
• Identify UGC opportunities, creator collaborations, and community tactics to accelerate follower growth.
• Track, analyse, and report weekly performance metrics, translating insights into strategy changes.
• Stay ahead of content trends and test emerging high‑potential formats.
• Collaborate with paid media to align organic and paid messaging.

Required profile

• Proven track record of scaling at least one social page from low to significant reach (examples required).
• Deep, hands‑on understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn organic algorithms.
• Experience leading or managing a small creative team.
• Strong instinct for hooks and rapid content assessment.
• Experience building and running content calendars across multiple accounts.
• Ability to brief, review, and give clear creative direction to videographers, designers, and writers.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with analytics dashboards and data‑driven decision‑making.
