Social Media Manager

About the role

Madarcomm Creative Hub, a Beirut‑based creative agency, is looking for a full‑time Social Media Manager to lead social activities for multiple client brands. The role is on‑site and involves planning, creating, scheduling, and optimizing content across key platforms while collaborating with creative and strategy teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with each brand’s objectives and target audience.
• Create and oversee monthly content calendars, ensuring consistency and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and video editors to produce engaging posts.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare actionable reports.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends, updates, and emerging content formats.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a digital or creative agency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and project‑management abilities.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Experience with social media scheduling, reporting and analytics tools.
