Social Media Manager

About the role

Horecons is seeking a strategic, creative, and results‑oriented Social Media Manager to lead the social media presence for multiple client brands. This client‑facing position blends high‑level strategy with hands‑on execution, requiring collaboration with designers, videographers, and copywriters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for each client across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and other platforms.
• Manage multiple client accounts, build monthly content calendars, and oversee organic and paid campaigns to boost reach, engagement and conversions.
• Monitor performance, prepare monthly analytics reports with insights, and continuously optimize content based on data.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high‑quality visual and written content and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of social media management experience, preferably in an agency setting, with a proven ability to handle multiple brands simultaneously.
• Excellent copywriting, communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical mindset and highly organized project‑time management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite.
• Experience using LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Familiarity with various social media management tools.
