About the role
Podify is seeking a full‑time remote Social Media Manager to shape and execute social strategies for its podcast‑focused clients. You will create compelling content, engage audiences, and turn data into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies across Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
- Create, curate and publish text, image, video and story content that aligns with client goals.
- Collaborate with design, audio, video and post‑production teams to adapt assets for each platform.
- Work with Account Managers and the Creative & Strategy Director to translate client briefs into actionable social plans.
- Monitor community sentiment, gather feedback and report on trends.
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and deliver regular reports.
- Communicate strategy and results to clients via email or video calls.
Required profile
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and able to make strategic decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong copywriting ability.
- Detail‑oriented with a good eye for design.
- Self‑motivated, organized and able to meet tight deadlines.
