Social Media Executive

About the role

WonderEight is seeking a Social Media Executive to join its dynamic social media team. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager and cross‑functional partners to develop and execute compelling social strategies for a variety of client brands.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing social media strategies that align with client objectives and target audiences.
• Produce and curate engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools while monitoring brand mentions, comments, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop visual assets, including graphics and videos.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, offering insights for optimization.
• Support paid social campaigns, handling targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Conduct social listening and competitor analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in social media management or content creation, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, algorithms, and current trends.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management tools.
• Experience using analytics tools for performance reporting.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn platforms.
