Social Media Creative Designer (Content & Video)

About the role

Operata Group is seeking a Social Media Creative Designer (Content & Video) to join its Antelias office. The role focuses on turning digital culture insights into compelling visual content for a variety of client brands across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality graphics for posts, reels, carousels and other social formats.
• Develop creative concepts and storyboards aligned with client brand guidelines.
• Produce dynamic video, motion graphics and short‑form content.
• Maintain consistent visual identity across multiple client accounts.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists and account managers to execute communication strategies.
• Contribute ideas during content ideation and campaign planning sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, creative or content‑focused agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia or a related field.
• Strong visual taste, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Video editing and motion‑graphics production.
• Creation of short‑form video content for social platforms.
• Knowledge of AI‑powered creative tools and workflows (advantage).
