Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

JKA – Johnny Khawand Architects is looking for a full‑time Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the studio’s online presence from its headquarters in Mount Lebanon Governorate, Lebanon. The role blends content creation, community management and digital campaign coordination to showcase the firm’s architectural projects and design philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content calendar for all social platforms.
• Create, publish and schedule visual and written posts that reflect JKA’s brand voice.
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster audience growth.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to translate project concepts into compelling digital stories.
• Document studio activities, projects and events for use across social channels and the website.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and optimise campaigns for reach and engagement.
• Coordinate newsletters, website updates and online portfolio uploads.
• Support lead‑generation initiatives and enhance overall online visibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting skills in English; Arabic and/or French are a plus.
• Ability to work closely with architects to understand technical concepts.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Architecture, Design or equivalent practical experience.
• Genuine interest in architecture, urban design and visual culture.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for quick graphic creation.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for visual storytelling.
• Basic analytics tracking and familiarity with SEO fundamentals.
• Understanding of online advertising basics.
