Social Media Account Manager

About the role

Base, a boutique branding and content agency in Beirut, is looking for a Social Media Account Manager to join its on‑site team. The role combines strategic thinking with creative execution, acting as the bridge between clients and internal production teams to build compelling brand stories across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
• Lead client meetings, briefings and follow‑ups with internal creative and production teams.
• Develop and maintain strategic content calendars aligned with brand goals and seasonal planning.
• Prepare and present creative decks, reports and production roadmaps.
• Oversee day‑to‑day communication and feedback loops between clients and creative teams.
• Monitor social media performance, provide insights and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Stay ahead of content and social trends, proposing proactive engagement tactics.
• Write and edit briefs for photographers, videographers and other creative partners.
• Plan and attend on‑site shoots to ensure brand consistency.
• Supervise reels and video creation, review and approve content before publishing.
• Support the development of storyboards, content series and visual narratives for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative and content departments to meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• Passion for storytelling, content creation and client relationship management.
• Strong organisational skills and visual instinct.
• Confidence in client‑facing situations and ability to lead multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable creative deliverables.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram and TikTok platforms.
• Experience managing content calendars and social media performance metrics.
