Social Media & Account Executive

About the role

We are a dynamic digital agency looking for a Social Media & Account Executive to support our client accounts. The role focuses on executing social media and digital initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication while working on an evening/PM shift aligned with EST.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager in day‑to‑day management of assigned client accounts.
• Act as a secondary point of contact for clients on execution‑related matters.
• Plan, create, and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
• Maintain and update content calendars in line with account strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics, engagement, audience growth and web traffic using Google Analytics and native platform analytics.
• Prepare performance summaries and flag risks or improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, video, strategy) to ensure timely delivery.
• Respond to comments, messages and inquiries following brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Previous agency experience is mandatory.
• Available to work evening/PM shifts aligned with the EST time zone.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong client‑awareness with excellent communication skills.
