Site Engineer – Construction Project Coordination

About the role

Jaber Group Real Estate is looking for a Site Engineer to join its Beirut office. The role involves planning, coordinating and supervising daily construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation and follow‑up of weekly site programmes, resource and concrete forecasts.
• Coordinate daily execution with contractors, consultants and site stakeholders to minimise delays.
• Escalate conflicts, interferences or delays to the Owner Representative for timely resolution.
• Review architectural, structural and MEP drawings before execution to spot discrepancies.
• Raise technical clarifications and site queries in advance to avoid rework.
• Monitor site works for compliance with quality control procedures, method statements and approved materials.
• Prepare daily and periodic site reports covering progress, manpower, quantities and observations.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, safety rules and PPE standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in construction site execution, supervision or project coordination, preferably in real‑estate or building construction.
