Senior WordPress Designer & Developer for Premium B2B Site

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior WordPress Designer and Developer to create a premium, conversion‑focused B2B website for our outsourcing and recruitment business. You will translate an existing strategy, sitemap, content direction, and brand positioning into a high‑quality digital experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop a modern, professional WordPress website based on the provided strategy and content.
• Create a conversion‑focused user experience that is fully responsive on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Optimize website performance, SEO, accessibility, and security.
• Implement appropriate animations and interactive elements.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with brand and business goals.

Required profile

• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Proven track record designing and developing high‑quality WordPress websites.
• Strong UI/UX and responsive design expertise.
• Experience building B2B sites for consulting, professional services, recruitment, outsourcing, or SaaS is highly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to contribute ideas and recommendations, not just execute tasks.
