About the role

Nova Niche is seeking a remote Senior Video Editor to craft high‑quality video assets for social media, paid campaigns, brand films, and web content. You will shape visual storytelling while ensuring brand consistency across all video deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Edit video content for social media, paid campaigns, brand films, and web platforms.
• Apply color grading, motion graphics, and sound design as needed.
• Shoot video using DSLR/mirrorless cameras and phone‑based setups, and set up lighting, sound, and technical equipment for shoots.
• Maintain visual consistency and branding across all video assets.
• Stay current with platform‑native trends such as Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and beyond.
• Collaborate closely with design, content, and strategy teams to meet client objectives and deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating technical skill, creative range, and awareness of current video trends.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.
• Hands‑on experience with cameras, lighting, audio gear, and gimbals.
• Comfortable editing both cinematic long‑form and short‑form mobile‑first formats.
• Excellent sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
• Curious mindset that follows video evolution and experiments with new techniques.
