Senior Tendering Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Tendering Engineer to join our dynamic team in Beirut. The role involves preparing and submitting competitive tenders and cost estimates for major engineering and construction projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed proposals for project tenders based on client specifications.
• Develop accurate cost estimates covering labor, materials, equipment and subcontractor quotations.
• Analyze pricing data to ensure competitive and realistic bids.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential cost overruns or schedule delays.
• Produce financial breakdowns, margin analysis and budget forecasts for senior management.
• Coordinate with legal, contracts, engineering, procurement and project management teams to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
• Develop Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) plans and arrange project insurance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, estimation and proposal management within engineering or construction.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong time‑management, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
