Senior Technical Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Expert to lead and strengthen our technical operations within a mission‑critical ISP and IT services environment. The role is based in the Chouf region (Bakaata) and requires daily on‑site presence to ensure service availability and operational stability.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the highest‑level escalation point for complex network, infrastructure, and service issues.
• Provide expert guidance on architecture, infrastructure design, and operational best practices.
• Lead troubleshooting for critical incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Review and improve existing systems, processes, and operational standards.
• Support strategic technical planning and decision‑making.
• Coordinate activities across NOC, Infrastructure, Systems, Network, and Operations teams.
• Mentor engineers, administrators, technicians, and operational staff.
• Drive communication, collaboration, and efficiency between technical departments.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience in internet service delivery, network infrastructure, systems administration, and data‑center operations.
• Proven track record in large‑scale production environments where service availability is business‑critical.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Willingness to reside within reasonable commuting distance of the Chouf region or relocate before joining.
