Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Infoquest is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts across Lebanon and Colombia while supporting broader HR initiatives. You will be the primary point of contact for sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top talent in a fast‑growing, performance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for positions in Lebanon and Colombia, managing candidate pipelines and ensuring a positive experience.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and university partnerships.
• Screen applications, coordinate interview stages with hiring managers, and present shortlists.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies and employer‑branding activities, including university career fairs.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring documentation is complete and new hires are integrated smoothly.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and generate regular reports.
• Support the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
