Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Construction & Engineering

About the role

Talent BluePrint is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Construction & Engineering to join our Beirut team. This hands‑on role will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and project‑based positions across construction, engineering, infrastructure, real estate and related sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned technical roles, from brief to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to capture detailed job requirements, technical competencies and project experience.
• Translate technical job descriptions into targeted sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, assess and shortlist candidates, ensuring alignment with client specifications.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments covering experience, qualifications, availability and salary expectations.
• Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, negotiate offers, conduct reference checks and follow up on joining.
• Maintain high standards of quality, speed, accuracy and candidate experience across multiple simultaneous assignments.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting technical and project‑based professionals in construction, engineering or related fields.
• Deep understanding of construction and engineering disciplines, project types and organisational environments.
• Commercially aware, highly organised and proactive in sourcing.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments independently while delivering high‑quality results.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on candidate experience.
