About the role

The Senior Social Media & Content Creator will lead the brand’s online presence, drive audience engagement, and grow active communities across multiple digital platforms. This role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, requiring a proven ability to scale social audiences while maintaining brand voice and visual identity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and expand presence on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Identify trends, viral opportunities, and platform‑specific tactics to accelerate growth.
• Plan and maintain content calendars, oversee production of reels, short‑form videos, carousels, stories, and promotional posts.
• Ensure consistency of brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all channels.
• Build, moderate, and nurture online communities, responding to comments, messages, and fostering loyalty.
• Track engagement, follower growth, reach, impressions, and conversion metrics; optimize campaigns based on data.
• Prepare performance reports and growth recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product teams, and support influencer partnerships.
• Mentor junior team members where applicable.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of experience in social media management, community management, and digital marketing.
• Demonstrated track record of growing social media accounts and online communities.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, audience engagement strategies, and viral content frameworks.
• Excellent copywriting and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
