Senior Social Media Account Manager

About the role

Base, a boutique branding and content agency in Beirut, is seeking a Senior Social Media Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive storytelling across digital platforms. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on content production, ensuring campaigns are delivered on brand, on time, and with impact.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients, leading meetings, briefings and follow‑ups.
• Develop and maintain strategic content calendars aligned with brand goals and seasonal planning.
• Write and edit creative briefs, oversee shoot planning, and attend on‑site productions to guarantee brand consistency.
• Manage internal creative, strategy and production teams to deliver reels, videos and social posts for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Review and approve content before publishing, monitor performance, and provide optimization recommendations.
• Prepare high‑quality decks, reports and production roadmaps for client presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media account management or similar client‑facing roles.
• Strong visual instinct and ability to translate brand strategy into compelling content.
• Excellent organizational skills and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
