Senior Quality Control Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Quality Control Supervisor to lead and continuously improve all quality control activities across our food manufacturing operations in Zouk Mosbeh. The role ensures raw materials, packaging, in‑process products and finished goods consistently meet defined standards, customer requirements and product specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage QC activities throughout receiving, production, packaging, storage and dispatch.
• Implement and monitor quality control plans, inspection procedures and product specifications.
• Inspect incoming raw and packaging materials and approve or reject based on test results.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and analyse non‑conformance trends.
• Develop process control checkpoints and ensure inspections follow established frequencies.
• Review final inspection and testing results before product release.
• Lead investigations of quality incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions.
• Participate in customer complaint investigations and analyse complaint trends.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and other methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in food manufacturing quality operations.
• At least 3 years in a quality leadership position.
• Advanced knowledge of food manufacturing processes.
• Location: Zouk Mosbeh, Lebanon.
• Work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 07:00‑17:00.
