Senior Product Interaction Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to own the end‑to‑end product design process for AI‑powered software, SaaS platforms, dashboards, web applications, and intelligent agent experiences. The role involves client discovery, research, design, prototyping, handoff, launch, and post‑launch measurement.

Key responsibilities

• Own UX/UI projects from discovery through continuous improvement, including research, design, development handoff, launch, testing and iteration.
• Lead client discovery calls, stakeholder interviews, workshops and brainstorming sessions to capture objectives, user needs and challenges.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, persona development, synthesis and problem framing to guide product decisions.
• Translate complex requirements into IA, user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive experiences for AI‑powered applications, SaaS platforms, dashboards, assistants, agents and internal workflow systems.
• Build and maintain scalable Figma design systems, component libraries, variables, modes and design tokens.
• Use AI tools such as Claude to accelerate workflows while validating all outputs.
• Collaborate closely with developers for accurate implementation and provide clear production‑ready handoffs.
• Present design concepts, research findings and rationale to international clients and stakeholders.
• Document case studies, processes, standards and SOPs; mentor junior designers and potentially progress to a team‑lead role.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional UX/UI or product design experience with end‑to‑end ownership of shipped digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing research, UX decisions, user flows, UI design, prototypes and shipped outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, variables, auto‑layout and design systems.
• Experience conducting user research, stakeholder interviews, persona creation, competitor analysis and usability testing.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., Claude) within the design workflow.
• Excellent client communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Based in Lebanon and able to work full‑time onsite in Dbayeh.
