Senior Product Designer - Agentic AI Solutions

About the role

Lucidya is looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the experience of its Agentic AI solutions. You will help enterprise users trust and collaborate with AI agents that act autonomously across the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end experiences that make AI feel trustworthy, transparent, and controllable.
• Own the user journey for key Agentic AI initiatives, explaining what AI does, why, and when users should intervene.
• Simplify complex autonomy, confidence, and control challenges into intuitive workflows.
• Elevate the overall quality of the platform through polished information architecture and visual design.
• Create onboarding and educational experiences that accelerate AI adoption.
