We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing, award-winning team and drive impactful growth for some of the most exciting brands in the region.

Main Missions

• Design, implement, monitor, and optimize high-volume campaigns across Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and various third-party platforms.
• Drive performance growth and manage complex campaigns to consistently meet and exceed client ROI objectives.
• Collaborate closely with digital strategists to rapidly implement optimization suggestions and tactical shifts.
• Masterfully manage diverse Google Ads campaign types and oversee budget allocation across all engines and campaigns.
• Perform continuous performance analysis and produce detailed, actionable reports on digital campaign metrics.
• Execute A/B testing on ad copy, write compelling PPC advertisements, and manage creative performance tracking.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), calculate Cost Per Lead (CPL), project expenditures, and adjust strategies based on demand and seasonality.

Profile Required

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and paid media advertising.
• Proven track record of managing significant advertising budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into strategic growth opportunities.
• Proactive approach to campaign optimization and market trends.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Google AdWords, Google AdWords Editor, and Google Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Display Network and Display advertising.
• Deep understanding of keyword research, bid management, and lead generation.
• Strong mastery of retargeting and remarketing strategies.
• Exceptional copywriting skills for high-converting PPC ads.
