Senior OSINT Trainer – Digital Investigations & Analytical Tradecraft

About the role

Siren Associates is looking for a Senior Trainer to design, develop and deliver advanced Open‑Source Intelligence (OSINT), digital investigations and analytical tradecraft programmes for governmental, public‑sector and security professionals. The role focuses on practical, scenario‑based training that enhances participants' abilities to collect, verify, analyse and report intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver advanced training courses, workshops, simulations and practical exercises.
• Create curricula, lesson plans, participant manuals, facilitator guides, presentations and assessment tools.
• Adapt training content to varying expertise levels and institutional needs.
• Evaluate participant performance and learning outcomes.
• Conduct training needs assessments and competency‑gap analyses.
• Support development of analytical workflows, SOPs, standards and guidance documents.
• Provide post‑training mentorship, coaching and advisory support.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional experience in OSINT, intelligence analysis, investigations, law enforcement, military intelligence or related fields.
• Proven track record designing and delivering training for government, security or investigative audiences.
• Native or near‑native proficiency in Arabic and strong English communication skills.

• OSINT methodologies, source evaluation, verification and corroboration.
• Structured analytical techniques and intelligence cycle knowledge.
• Online investigations, attribution methods and social media intelligence (SOCMINT).
• Geolocation, chronolocation and digital content verification.
• Misinformation, disinformation and influence‑operation analysis, including AI‑generated content.
• Satellite imagery interpretation, GIS applications, aviation and maritime tracking.
• Link analysis, network mapping, data visualization and analytical reporting.
• Intelligence reporting, briefing techniques, operational security (OPSEC) and digital security.
• Integration of artificial‑intelligence tools into investigative workflows.
