Senior Motion Designer

About the role

Oui Social, a creative and digital agency based in Beirut, is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to lead the production of high‑quality 2D animations and motion graphics for a variety of digital and brand experiences. The role involves turning strategic concepts into engaging visual stories across social media, websites, presentations and large‑scale events.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑end 2D motion graphics and animations for campaigns and brand experiences.
• Develop storyboards, animatics and visual concepts that align with client objectives.
• Produce content for social media, websites, presentations and event screens.
• Integrate sound design, music and visual effects into motion pieces.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, strategists and account managers.
• Stay current with the latest animation techniques, plugins and AI‑powered creative tools.
• Ensure all deliverables follow brand guidelines and campaign goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Visual Arts or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a creative agency or similar environment.
• Proven ability to lead projects and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, timing and pacing.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe After Effects.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience using Cinema 4D.
• Experience using Blender.
• Familiarity with AI tools for motion design and content creation.
