Senior Motion Designer (2D Animation & Motion Graphics)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Motion Designer to lead the creation of high‑quality 2D animations, motion graphics, and visual storytelling for digital campaigns, social media, websites, events, and brand experiences. You will work closely with designers, strategists, and clients to turn ideas into engaging visual content.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑end 2D motion graphics and animations.
• Develop storyboards, animatics, and visual concepts.
• Produce content for social media, websites, presentations, and large‑scale event screens.
• Integrate sound design, music, and visual effects.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain top quality.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers.
• Stay up to date with the latest animation techniques, plugins, and AI‑powered creative tools.
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a creative agency or a similar environment.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage deadlines under pressure.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Cinema 4D and/or Blender.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools for motion design and content creation.
• Excellent storytelling and visual communication abilities.
