Senior Marketing Specialist – Food & Beverage

About the role

Spinneys is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives for its Food & Beverage brands. You will ensure all activities align with the overall corporate strategy and strengthen brand presence across Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Implement branding and communication strategies for GMRL brands.
• Develop above‑the‑line and below‑the‑line advertising tools, promotional flyers, seasonal brochures, and campaign assets.
• Organise and supervise events, public‑relations activities, and press‑release distribution in collaboration with agencies.
• Contribute to social‑media content creation and manage CSR activity calendars.
• Conduct store visits, market tours, mystery‑shopping audits, and daily media monitoring.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, media‑buying units, PR firms, production houses, and internal departments (commercial, operations, finance).
• Ensure proper rollout of promotions, branding, launches, and in‑house surveys at all outlets.
• Analyse sales data, evaluate campaign performance, and produce market surveys and competitive reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level marketing or brand management, preferably within retail or food‑service sectors.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including external agencies and internal teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for press releases and corporate messaging.
• Detail‑oriented with a track record of executing events and promotional activities.
