Senior Marketing Analyst – Bangkok (Relocation Provided)

About the role

Agoda’s Performance Marketing Team is looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join its Bangkok office. You will work in a data‑driven environment, helping to design, test and optimise marketing campaigns that drive customer lifetime value across global travel platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad and campaign structures, bidding and pricing strategies across partners such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and others.
• Analyse large data sets from experiments, build predictive models to measure the impact of TV campaigns, pricing elasticity and other levers.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that track performance, surface insights and support data‑driven decision making.
• Present findings and recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders, influencing product and marketing road‑maps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 4+ years of data‑analysis experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity or a strategy/business role at a fast‑growing tech company.
• Proven ability to work with large data sets and translate analytical results into actionable business insights.
