Senior Manager HR Business Partner

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager HR Business Partner to work closely with Partners, Directors and senior leaders. You will lead key people processes, provide trusted advice on talent strategy and ensure compliance with labour law and firm policies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor on organization design, workforce planning, talent strategy and culture.
• Lead end‑of‑year performance cycles, promotions, salary and bonus reviews, ensuring quality, consistency and compliance.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning and identification of high‑potential talent.
• Manage complex employee‑relations cases, investigations, disciplinary matters and grievance handling.
• Provide people dashboards and insights on performance, attrition, diversity and engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 12+ years of HR experience, including 8+ years managing performance cycles, talent reviews, employee relations and compensation processes.
• Strong knowledge of labour law and HR governance, with audit‑readiness experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Management tools).
• People analytics and reporting capabilities.
