About the role

Key responsibilities

• Mentor junior and semi‑senior developers, fostering technical excellence.

• Oversee code reviews, ensuring adherence to best‑practice standards.
• Evaluate, adopt, and integrate new Java technologies and practices.
• Provide technical insights and recommendations to project managers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong grasp of SOLID principles, clean‑code practices, and scalable design.
• Extensive experience with code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in unit testing, integration testing, and maintaining high code coverage.
• Ability to make informed technical decisions for varied use cases.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure.
• Advanced level of English.
