About the role

The Senior Internal Audit Specialist conducts financial, operational, and compliance audits to evaluate internal controls, ensuring that policies, laws, and best business practices are followed.

Key responsibilities

  • Document audit work and findings in line with auditing standards.
  • Conduct periodic follow‑up reviews to assess management’s corrective actions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on risk, internal controls, and audit results.
  • Draft audit programs to identify control improvements, cost savings, and operational efficiencies.
  • Execute internal audit projects across operational, financial, compliance, and IT areas as defined in the Internal Audit Plan.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional qualifications (CIA, CPA, ACCA) preferred.
  • 4 to 6 years of audit experience in a similar role; IT audit or retail experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication.
