Senior Interior Designer – High‑Rise & Large‑Scale Projects

About the role

We are looking for a senior interior designer with strong technical expertise to lead the design and coordination of high‑rise, large‑scale projects such as residential towers, mixed‑use developments, hospitality and premium commercial interiors. The role combines creative leadership, detailed construction documentation and on‑site support to ensure the highest standards of design and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts for high‑rise residential, hospitality, commercial and mixed‑use projects, including mood boards, concept presentations, space planning and material selections.
• Produce detailed design packages, construction drawings, joinery details, finish schedules and BOQs, and coordinate shop drawings across disciplines.
• Collaborate with architects, structural and MEP engineers, contractors, consultants and suppliers, participating in multidisciplinary coordination meetings and resolving design issues.
• Provide construction and site support by reviewing progress, responding to RFIs, checking shop drawings and material submissions, and ensuring compliance with project standards.
• Mentor and supervise junior designers and drafting teams, enforce company standards and support project managers to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 7–12+ years of experience on high‑rise, large‑scale commercial, hospitality or luxury residential projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating technically complex projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (preferred).
• Experience with SketchUp, 3ds Max and Lumion.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• In‑depth knowledge of interior detailing, construction documentation, materials and finishes, and site coordination.
