Senior Interior Architect – Detailed Design & Execution

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Interior Architect to lead the creation of comprehensive interior design packages from concept through construction. The successful candidate will translate design intent into precise execution drawings and work closely with consultants, suppliers, contractors, and site teams to ensure flawless project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review detailed shop drawings, construction drawings, and joinery details.
• Develop interior architectural packages suitable for tendering and execution.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist requirements.
• Conduct technical reviews of materials, finishes, and fabrication drawings.
• Support site teams during execution and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure design quality, buildability, and compliance with project requirements.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in interior architecture and fit‑out projects.
• Strong expertise in construction detailing, custom joinery, millwork, and material specifications.
• Proven experience producing execution and shop drawing packages.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Experience on high‑end residential, hospitality, commercial, or mixed‑use projects is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
