Senior Human Resources Officer

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Officer leads all core HR functions, acting as the bridge between management and staff to foster a positive, compliant, and high‑performing workplace. This position oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and training initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
• Design and deliver orientation programs for new hires.
• Collaborate with managers to set performance goals, update job descriptions, and define KPIs.
• Prepare performance evaluation metrics and compile results.
• Promote an inclusive culture while maintaining confidentiality of employee matters.
• Draft, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with the code of ethics and company policies, escalating breaches as needed.
• Generate regular HR reports on turnover, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate employee records and filing systems.
• Process monthly payroll, allowances, overtime, and related expenses.
• Prepare employment documents such as appointment letters, termination letters, and certificates.
• Administer employee insurance, medical approvals, and investigate refusals.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding loans, insurance, and other HR services.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role.
• Ability to start immediately.
