Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join Horecons’ Creative Studio. The role involves shaping brand identities, crafting visual storytelling across digital and physical touchpoints, and ensuring design consistency for both internal projects and client campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for Horecons and its clients.
• Create and evolve brand identities, visual systems, and comprehensive brand guidelines.
• Design corporate materials such as profiles, presentations, proposals, stationery, reports and other business communications.
• Produce campaign key visuals and adapt them across multiple formats.
• Generate assets for digital campaigns, social platforms and brand activations.
• Design exhibition graphics, environmental branding, signage, screens and large‑format artwork for events, conferences and exhibitions.
• Prepare production‑ready and print‑ready files, ensuring feasibility across all media.
• Collaborate with 3D designers, motion designers, social, digital and events teams.
• Review designs for consistency, accuracy, usability and production feasibility.
• Support and mentor junior designers as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality branding and corporate design work.
• Experience in a creative, branding, advertising or events agency environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, grids, colour and visual identity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Strong experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation design.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects (advantage).
• Familiarity with Figma (advantage).
