Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs for our social media platforms and marketing materials. You will ensure brand consistency across digital and print media while collaborating closely with the marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with media and creative agencies to support corporate and operational plans while respecting the marketing budget.
• Coordinate design and marketing tasks for brand‑centric campaigns and promotions.
• Support the marketing team in delivering design projects for packaging, campaigns, and other tools.
• Manage design production workflow and publishing tools with printing agencies to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate franchisee design projects, adapting menus, campaigns, social media visuals, and tactical assets.
• Update existing packaging and create new designs as needed.
• Assist in organizing company events and outings.
• Visit printing houses to verify colour accuracy against brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Advertising.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in marketing, communication, or media.
• Proven track record in developing and administering communication concepts and campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of the print and media industries.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Excellent e‑communication skills and familiarity with web technology for communications.
