Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

WonderEight is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with strong expertise in packaging and social media. You will join a creative team that delivers high‑impact visual solutions for a variety of client brands, balancing creativity with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design marketing assets such as brand collateral, social media content, print and digital ads, packaging, and website graphics.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Maintain brand guidelines while developing innovative visual concepts.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept through delivery, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Present design concepts to clients, explain creative decisions, and incorporate feedback.
• Review and refine work to uphold agency and client quality standards.
• Stay current with visual trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in branding, social media, campaigns, and visual identity, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects and styles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Experience using Canva.
• Familiarity with AI‑based design tools.
