Senior Google Media Buyer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Google Media Buyer to own and scale paid acquisition across the full Google ecosystem. Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, you will be a hands‑on executor responsible for strategy, optimisation, testing, reporting and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and manage campaigns on Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen, Display and Shopping.
• Oversee substantial Google Ads budgets, focusing on efficiency, profitability and growth.
• Design and run structured testing roadmaps for keywords, audiences, bids, ad copy, landing pages and campaign structures.
• Analyse performance data to diagnose issues, identify trends and uncover scaling opportunities.
• Improve CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, lead quality and overall acquisition efficiency.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards using Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio and related tools.
• Collaborate with the Director on budget allocation, forecasting and growth strategy.
• Partner with Creative, CRO and Data teams to enhance ad performance and landing‑page conversion.
• Stay current with Google Ads platform updates, automation and AI‑driven best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record handling significant Google Ads budgets.
• Deep expertise across Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Shopping, Display and Demand Gen.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, attribution and enhanced conversions.
• Ability to diagnose underperformance at a granular level and drive data‑backed improvements.
• Curiosity and adaptability regarding AI and automation in performance marketing.
