Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with strong MERN‑stack expertise to shape the architecture, scalability, and performance of our digital platforms. In this leadership position you will drive end‑to‑end delivery, from system design to deployment, while mentoring the development team.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, design, and build scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.
• Define technical direction, enforce code quality standards, and establish best practices for deployment and architecture.
• Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate complex requirements into robust solutions.
• Ensure security, reliability, and performance across all layers of the stack.
• Lead and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and champion technical excellence.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, testing automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic technology decisions and long‑term platform evolution.

Required profile

• 7+ years of full‑stack development experience, with at least 3 years in senior or lead roles.
• Proven expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, including performance tuning and advanced debugging.
• Strong background in software architecture, API design, and database schema optimization.
• Experience with frontend state management, modern React hooks, and component‑driven architectures.
• Solid understanding of security best practices, authentication flows, and data protection.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and Git‑based workflows.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
