Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

Poyesis, a Paris‑based web and mobile development agency, creates digital products for startups, SMEs and large companies. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer in Beirut who will own product development from technical design through production.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and ship scalable web applications and APIs.
• Translate product requirements into reliable, maintainable features.
• Contribute to architecture and technical decisions.
• Improve code quality through reviews, testing, documentation and CI/CD.
• Investigate production issues and enhance performance, security and reliability.
• Mentor developers via code reviews, pairing and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping production applications.
• Strong experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, a modern frontend framework (React or Vue.js) and Node.js.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Confidence with Git, code reviews, debugging and production releases.
• Clear communication, ownership mindset and close collaboration with product and design teams.
• English proficiency; French is a plus.
