Senior Financial Controller

About the role

The Senior Financial Controller will join the Lebanon operations of a leading multinational FMCG company. This high‑impact, individual‑contributor position owns P&L performance and works closely with Sales and Marketing to influence strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the budgeting cycle, building, updating and re‑forecasting budgets for the assigned scope.
• Lead variance analysis of actuals versus budget, forecast and prior year, explaining underlying business drivers.
• Provide decision support through scenario modelling, promotion and investment evaluation, and deliver clear recommendations.
• Design end‑to‑end pricing structures, from cost base to shelf price, and run price, volume, mix and margin analysis.
• Produce sharp monthly P&L reports and dashboards that highlight risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling or financial analysis, preferably in a multinational FMCG environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and a business‑partnering mindset.
• Solid understanding of P&L, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Analytical, hands‑on operator who turns data into decisions.
