Senior Executive - Commerce

About the role

The Senior Executive – Commerce will own end‑to‑end content development and governance for a portfolio of SKUs across major marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Talabat and Instashop. You will act as the central liaison between brand teams, ecommerce partners, creative studios and marketplace stakeholders to ensure accurate, consistent and timely product information.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and optimise product detail pages, A+ content, brand stores, banners and other platform‑specific assets.
• Ensure all content complies with brand, category and marketplace quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support campaigns, new product launches, promotions and events.
• Monitor digital‑shelf performance using analytics tools and drive continuous improvement of discoverability, conversion and competitiveness.
• Experiment with A/B testing, AI‑driven creative generation and automation to enhance content quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce content management, digital merchandising or creative commerce, preferably in an agency or marketplace environment.
• Hands‑on experience managing content on Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Talabat and Instashop.
• Familiarity with creative design tools, content‑management dashboards and ecommerce analytics platforms.

• Marketplace content systems: Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Noon CMS, Carrefour MSC, Talabat catalog manager, Instashop catalog manager.
• Digital‑shelf analytics tools: Proftero, Pacvue Commerce, DataWeave, Flywheel.
• E‑commerce SEO, keyword integration, taxonomy hygiene and PDP metadata optimisation.
• A/B content testing and performance analysis.
