Senior ERP Payroll Officer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Senior ERP Payroll Officer to lead the payroll function within our ERP system at our Beirut office. The role ensures accurate salary processing, compliance with Lebanese labour and tax regulations, and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the payroll/salaries module in the ERP system.
• Process monthly salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions and allowances.
• Maintain accurate employee master data (grades, contracts, bank details, benefits).
• Calculate and validate payroll taxes, social security and statutory deductions.
• Generate payroll reports, payslips and management summaries.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and tax regulations.
• Handle payroll adjustments, retroactive payments and end‑of‑service calculations.
• Support payroll audits and respond to internal or external queries.
• Assist in ERP payroll upgrades, testing and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of payroll experience.
• Proven experience with ERP payroll systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, salary calculations and local Lebanese regulations.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality and accuracy.
