Senior Delivery Manager

About the role
Backbase is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead best‑in‑class delivery services for its top banking and credit‑union customers. You will steer project performance, ensure customer success, and help grow strategic relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise delivery of fintech solutions across multiple projects.
- Monitor performance metrics and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Lead the Setup phase, including planning, coordination, and facilitation of CXO workshops.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Engineering Managers.
- Travel to customer sites regularly to support onsite engagements.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience leading complex software delivery projects.
- Proven background in banking or financial services.
- Senior‑level stakeholder management in an international environment.
- Experience working in agile, distributed, and remote delivery settings.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Based in Lebanon and willing to travel frequently.
