Senior Contract Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join our project team. In this position you will ensure that all contract obligations are met, support the project team with contract interpretation, and safeguard the company’s commercial interests throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Administer project contracts in line with their terms and conditions.
• Review and manage contractual correspondence, notices, claims, and variations.
• Support the project team in contract interpretation and compliance.
• Monitor contractor performance against contractual obligations.
• Review payment applications, change orders, and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate contract records, registers, and documentation.
• Assist in preparing responses to contractor claims and variation requests.
• Identify contractual risks and advise the project team accordingly.
• Coordinate with the client, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Ensure all contractual deadlines, notices, and deliverables are properly tracked.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Contract Administrator on the consultant side.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, claims, variations, and commercial procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and good contractual awareness.
